
Who is our instructor?
Our photography education is conducted by our instructor İlker Yavuz.
What is the schedule of the training?
It is planned as a total of 12 hours + 2 practical lessons. Our classes, which last for two hours once a week, continue for a total of 6 weeks, completing the 12-hour education. After this 12-hour theoretical education, the training is completed with two weekends of practical lessons.
What are the age groups?
Although our lessons are aimed at adults, if there is sufficient demand, we can open a class for the 15-18 age group as well.
What is the education content?
Week 1: Light, types of cameras, sensors, focal length, working principles of cameras, light measurement (reflected and incident light) and its methods, the effects of aperture and shutter speed, ISO, exposure triangle, EV.
Week 2: Lenses, focal length, zoom, and fixed focal length lenses, aperture value, filter diameter, focusing, focus points and differences, methods, selecting appropriate focus points, focus and recompose, the effect of f-value on focusing, the concept of bokeh, 1/3 in front and 2/3 behind the focused object, hyperfocal distance.
Week 3: File types, color spaces, white balance, histogram, interpreting histogram, in-camera settings (contrast, sharpness, saturation, etc.), effects of SB filters.
Week 4: Composition, works of masters, light (direction, quality, intensity), inverse square law (window light).
Week 5: Accessories (filters, bags, tripods, monopods, lens hoods), flash usage, evaluating shooting results, revisions.
Week 6: Evaluation of taken photographs, revisions.
